We lost a memorable singer and personality when Eartha Kitt passed away at age 81 on Christmas day. My first knowledge of her was as Bruce Wayne’s Russian girlfriend, Miss Kitka, in the Batman TV movie. Though I loved her name, I was thinking mainly about Batman:  “You idiot!
