Restaurants and other places serving food are now required to post the Sanitary Inspection Grade they’ve been given by the Department of Health. When you see any grade at all, it’s an A. Hmmm … even some dubious-looking places have A’s up. (I’ve never eaten here; I use it to show what the Sanitary Inspection Grade sign looks like.)
