So they went overboard in the other direction: Solo Pollo has clams, shrimp, fish, hamburgers, gyros, yuca, green bananas, philly cheese steaks, hot, cold, and enriched beverages, and much, much more.
Aha, the nerves! I do not understand the popularity of chicken in this country. Where I come from it is quasi the last thing you would order in a restaurant as it is the most common, cheapest meat. Something you can prepare at home.
