Though the Fruit N Ice cart was bright and shiny and covered with appealling pictures of multi-colored concoctions, it didn’t have any customers. Nor was anyone buying hot dogs from the neighboring vendor. Sure, it might be the recession (like that would keep us from buying snacks and treats), but more likely they are losing business to all the food outlets inside the mall.
