When I saw this sign I thought it was something new, then I noticed it was sponsored by the MEA, the Metropolitan Etiquette Authority. Even if they can’t give you a $50 ticket, think before you flick that butt!

I don’t understand why many smokers think it is OK to put their butts on the ground.
Anyway, there is no smoking there. It is a park.
