The day after election day

Phew! That’s over. My voting place was a public school gym. It wasn’t total chaos. Waits were under an hour, but there was yelling and arguing, and a cop came in from outside to deal with two people accused of butting in line. One of them retreated to the back of the line, the other stood his ground and maintained his innocence. The cop stood there to maintain order.
