Shocking news: there’s a new coffee shop on Ft. Hamilton Parkway between East 2nd and 3rd Streets. They have good coffee and vegan options. I’m not ready to go in the New St. Clair for a meal or snack. I’m content to look in the window and see if there are any customers. The sign outside says “since 1920” – to me, despite renos, the coffee shop has a patina of old and greasy, which does not mix well with a potential food order.
