Our fancy superfunded canal has tributaries, which means more buildings and space for graffiti. On a gray day like today, the new work of Laozi stood out against the brick background. If snow happened, I didn’t see it.

You are probably thinking concrete and space are not so compatible. But a concrete plant situated one block from the cemetery between Ft. Hamilton and Sunset Park is just as unlikely. From this no-man’s land the module is ready to launch where few humans have been before, up in the blue yonder.
