One more day of street fair pictures… wandering down the crowded avenue perusing the vendors’ stalls, eating and drinking. When everyone is getting along (i.e., not getting rowdy), the police look the other way when people with beers wander outside of the areas that the bars set aside for their patrons.

Atlantic Antic has a bit of everything, and fewer socks and belts for sale than the average city street fair. The weather was overcast, but the event was well-attended. Kids had fun climbing the moai; I’d never seen that before.

I’m trying to get home and my house is somewhere south of this street fair on Smith Street… how do these things work?

Cute kids. The Atlantic Antic Street Fair was this afternoon, and as city street fairs go, it’s a good one. There’s more unique and interesting food and other stuff for sale, primarily. People watching is above average, bands weren’t bad, and the cops didn’t hassle people for drinking beer in the street.

This mannequin was out in the sun at a street fair on McDonald Avenue just past Church. It wasn’t clear what group was sponsoring the event, though Bangladeshi groups often use this block. Didn’t see any tube socks for sale.
