Today, in honor of the Netherlands being in the World Cup finals, we’re calling Flatbush Avenue by its original name, Vlacke bos, which mean wooded plain. Nature can be found straight ahead, in Prospect Park; right around here, all you’ll see is the construction at Atlantic Yards and a lot of traffic.
