Most fast-food customers favor the drive-through for the laziness factor and, after dark, to avoid the brightness of the lights. If they turned them lower, the guys who play dominoes in the corner would probably never go home.

Time’s running out on this car wash deal; Passover will be here before you know it. Whether you’re vacuuming the car in preparation (ridding it of leavened bread crumbs and other matter) or just doing a spring cleaning, the special is available to all.
What is it about cars and food, anyway? It’s not usually about hunger, but more of a Pavlovian response. To sit in a car brings out the urge eat or drink, and sometimes seek out a drive-through, so you can procure food without leaving the coziness of your living room on wheels.
