It’s also so cold that it’s a two-hoodie day, yo! Personally, I’ve got on the gloves, and since I’m not one to work the sweatshirts, I’ve got to find that hat o’mine sometime before the March thaw.

We pointed the car toward Marine Park and Kings Plaza mall, a few miles out, where the land meets the water. The drive, at least the part under the elevated F Train tracks, was more interesting than the shopping.
Happiest furniture store

A new furniture store opened out McDonald Avenue (in the shadow of the elevated F Train), and the first thing they did was slap up some day-glo happy faces and letters shouting SALE SALE SALE!!
