The Metrotech coffee stand is as big as a double-wide phone booth, if there were such a thing. It’s just large enough to accommodate two sturdy men. A Starbucks is a hundred steps to the left, but the long lines at the coffee stand confirm that many people like the convenience and efficiency of ordering en plein air year-round.
