My idea was to capture fall leaf color and pizza making all at once. Instead, I hint at both (or neither). The diminishing number of pizza outlets has left me dispirited and suspicious. It’s probably time I ate something from Korner again.

Rent is high on Church Avenue around East 3rd; that’s why some stores turn over so quickly. What moves in: nail salons, cell phone stores, and junky clothing places.

Not the best, not the worst. What can I say, other than I hope more restaurants and pizza parlors move to Church Avenue between McDonald and Ocean Parkway? There are so few decent places to eat or sit and have a coffee that even a Starbucks would be welcome.
