I think there should be a lottery, with better odds, for people who would be happy with $10-15 million. $200 million is just extravagant. Life will always be about chance, though – take the lotto man. An actor with an everyman’s mug, he’s make a good and unlikely career out of saying, “And the winning lottery jackpot is now….”
