After a couple days of rain, snow, slush, wind, and cold, it’s hard to remember when we last had warm weather. Ever the optimist, I’m thinking The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow.

We pointed the car toward Marine Park and Kings Plaza mall, a few miles out, where the land meets the water. The drive, at least the part under the elevated F Train tracks, was more interesting than the shopping.
