What the hell? It’s not supposed to snow until much, much later! When they predicted snow today, we thought there would be a light dusting, not inches of wet slush, freezing temperatures, and gusts of wind.

The dusting of snow this afternoon matched yesterday’s mini-storm, except today there weren’t any trucks with salt making the rounds and acting prepared.

We’re having a pre-winter coldish spell. Everyone’s scrambling, trying to locate scarves, gloves, and hats. By the end of the week there may be a warm-up, and some cold rain, too. Then we’ll wish it was colder so we could have snow.

Clouds and wind mean colder weather. Both at the same time mean stay inside if you can. It’s a little chilly lately, and conditions seem to change from moment to moment. I know it’s December, but still… it’s freeeezing out there!
