Taste of China on Fourth Avenue is your average little NYC Chinese restaurant. It’s good advertising to have the cook sitting in the window eating the grub.

3:15 in the afternoon
If the weather conditions are right (there’s enough sun to cast a shadow), a sundial can accurately tell time. The vehicle that caused this must have given the meter quite a push – fixing the situation will either be immediate or take weeks; you know how these kind of repairs go. Before this meter is set upright, it would be nice if someone came along with a piece of chalk and wrote the hours of the day on the sidewalk.
