Some areas of Brooklyn got pummeled by the weekend storm. This neighborhood had it easier – the sidewalks were littered with small branches, twigs, trash, and wrecked umbrellas, that’s all.

The wind was so fierce yesterday umbrellas required a two-handed grip. By the evening rush, the storm was over, and umbrella casualties by the dozen littered the sidewalks.
