Avoid the sorrow of them-there kittens! Hurry down to the Salvation Army on Atlantic Avenue and go over by the coffee cups. Don’t stop to ask why, just grab these clips, pay your $1.07, and you’ll have the same mittens all winter long. Don’t let hipsters get a look at these things, though; they might get jealous of your retro-cool.

I didn’t see a price tag, and the designer label, if there happened to be one, was hidden by the clips holding the dress on the mannequin. If you’re a bride-to-be and not hung-up on wedding dress expectations, check out the Salvation Army. No? There’s also the new wedding dress shop down the street.

A thing of beauty this poodle is not. The $3.99 price tag seems steep, given the thing’s broken-off arm and peeling paint. The poodle looks self-important, sitting in the fancy chair smoking a stogie.
