Let’s not talk about voting, weather, hurricanes, or transportion for a few minutes. What about Skee Ball? Surely that is worth a moment’s thought? They actually make NEW machines – I thought these carnival stand-bys came off the assembly line old and grubby. Go to Roebling Inn, down a couple cool ones, then head to the back room to test your skill.

If you need a skee ball fix and don’t remember the name of that new bar in Brooklyn that’s got the game, head for Chuck E. Cheese, on the third floor of Atlantic Mall. It’s no paradise, to be sure, and there aren’t fortified beverages to help adults cope with the din and flashing lights, but it’s skee ball!
