Aji’s a pleasant little Peruvian restaurant on 9th Street between 4th and 5th. If your feet are steering you toward the slightly upscale McDonald’s next door (an oxymoron, I know), I’d suggest taking a few steps downhill to Aji. There are small plates, drink specials, and soccer on the TV above the bar. When it turns warm, there are going to be tables in the backyard. Mickey D’s doesn’t have that.
