There were heavy crowds and a matching police presence at Sunday’s Summerstage performances at Prospect Park. Talib Kweli and The Roots were among the musicians scheduled. Two long lines of people trying to get in snaked near the bandshell, and rain fell periodically. The sun stayed out, though.
