Radio Flyer, a venerable American company, has been around since 1917. They are known mostly for their wagons; other products, like an adult-sized wheelbarrow, have not been so popular. You can judge the age of this horse by its features.* This one’s older than it looks, because now the metal springs are covered by heavy protective fabric, to prevent pinches and other mishaps. The new horse is also more cartoony in appearance and has yarn for the mane and tail. How any of us survived childhood is a good question.
