I think there should be a lottery, with better odds, for people who would be happy with $10-15 million. $200 million is just extravagant. Life will always be about chance, though – take the lotto man. An actor with an everyman’s mug, he’s make a good and unlikely career out of saying, “And the winning lottery jackpot is now….”

I always thought that the actor who does the lottery commercials looked like Giuliani… maybe that’s why he job the gig? (Of course, he probably toiled in regional theater doing Shakespeare for years, only to find notoriety as the Lottery Guy Who Looks Like Giuliani!)
