Work on 10th Street Bridge

The 4th Avenue stop/10th Street bridge is undergoing construction, though you can hardly see it from the outside. My former favorite photo spot, a.k.a., the viewing hole, is now covered with plywood. It’s just up from the 10 on the green sign.
